About
The Forest AND The Trees
Big or small, I like to make the complicated feel simple. For over a decade, I did that inside Fortune 50 companies, building teams, scaling tools, and putting order to chaos. After some heavy life events, I stopped chasing the corporate ladder and shifted my priorities. What started to matter was where my time went, now I spend it helping nonprofits and other impactful companies do more with less.
I’m a dreamer and an architect in equal measure. I see the big picture, then zoom back in and focus on the details to make it real. I question what’s “normal,” because progress and innovation doesn’t come from keeping the status quo.
2014 – 2020
Tech Career
-
I built my career on scaling new departments and startups within large companies. I always seem to find myself in a role of balancing scrappy execution with scalable processes and governance.
-
Early on in my career I focused on mastering my craft and learning everything I could about Mobile Device Management and IT Support at Jacobs and AT&T.
-
I was then given an opportunity at Comcast to help launch Xfinity Mobile and work in a Joint Venture with Charter Communications to launch their MVNO. While there, I helped streamline their Call Center Platforms and Incident Management with the Product and Engineering teams. We grew from less than 30 employees pre-launch, to over 500 corporate staff, 2000 call center employees, and over 1M customers in less than 2 years. It was an exciting and wild ride to say the least!
-
From there, Verizon was also launching a new brand and I made the decision to work at Visible. I wore 10 hats in my time with Visible, working on everything from Salesforce Einstein in customer support to brokering the implementation of Slack for 100k users at Verizon, with Visible as the testing ground.
-
Once COVID hit and we were forced to go remote, I was given the opportunity to re-invent our IT stack to be remote-first, working on solutions such as zero trust, passwordless, and zero-touch device deployment.
2020 – 2024
The Downshift
-
Working remote changed my life forever. I realized how much time I was missing with my girls and decided this is the life I wanted. We switched to homeschooling, working fully remote, roadtripping, and soaking up every minute together.
-
I made the switch to consulting at Slalom to have more control over my schedule and widen the breadth of my impact across more companies. I gained a decade's worth of technical and leadership experience in this role which I will be forever grateful for.
January 2025 – Present
Took the Leap
-
At the beginning of 2025, I made the decision to leave the comfort of my corporate job and embark on the path of entrepreneurship
-
I chose to support my wife with her dream of building a Nonprofit Community Center for Neurodivergent Kids and their families.
-
I founded an IT Managed Service Provider to replicate the IT playbook I created at Visible for other small companies
-
I secured a fractional CTO position with a larger nonprofit to support my family while building our new ventures

Who I am beyond the work
Nature Advocate & Family Man
I'm a girl dad times two. I married my high school sweetheart and best friend. I love learning, always jumping from one interest or hobby to another in a never ending cycle of hyper-fixaction and burn out.
I'm a Colorado native and am passionate about the planet. I love native landscaping, animals of any kind, and camping.
When i'm not in nature, with family, or working, I fill the time with tattoos, cars, studio ghibli, gaming, and reading.
